Tino & Ro Monthly 1 on 1 Call – Official Rules & Guidelines

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN A 1 ON 1 CALL. A PURCHASE OF A DIGITAL STICKER WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor & Overview

  • Sponsor: Tino & Ro ("we," "us," or "our").
  • Prize: A private 1-on-1 Virtual Zoom Call with Tino & Ro.
  • Monthly Winners: Up to a total of four (4) winners will be randomly selected every month.
  • Promotion Period: Each monthly Promotion opens on the 1st of the month and ends at 11:59 PM EST on the last day of that calendar month.

2. Eligibility Requirements

  • Age Limit: Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older (or minors who have explicit consent from a parent or legal guardian).
  • Account Requirement: Entrants must follow at least two (2) official Tino & Ro social media accounts at the time of drawing to be eligible.

3. How to Enter (Required for ALL Entrants)

ALL participants—whether making a support purchase or entering for free—MUST complete the following steps to enter:

  1. Navigate to our official Contact Page.
  2. Fill out your Full Name (and order number if you purchased a digital sticker—e.g., TINO- #12345).
  3. Provide your Social Media Handle(s) (so our team can verify your submission).
  4. Answer the mandatory Entry Question in the comment box:

Entry Question: "What's your favorite Tino video and why?"

Answer Requirement:

  • Must be at least 1 sentence (5 words minimum)
  • No more than 2 paragraphs (4 sentences maximum per paragraph)

Note: Incomplete entries or submissions sent outside of the Contact Page will not be eligible.

4. Optional Digital Sticker Purchase

Each month, we offer 2 limited-edition digital stickers (capped at 2,026 stickers sold per design). Purchasing a digital sticker is an optional way to support Tino & Ro. Purchasing a sticker does not alter your odds of winning or waive the required Contact Page submission.

5. Selection of Winners & Odds

  • Drawing Date: Up to Four (4) winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on the 1st day of the following month from all eligible entries received.
  • Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend entirely on the total number of eligible entries received during the entry period. Drawings are unconditional and will occur regardless of digital sticker sales volume AS LONG AS WE RECEIVE AT LEAST 2,026 FREE ENTRIES.
  • Notification: Winners will be publicly announced between the 5th and 7th of the following month and contacted directly via email or social media to schedule their call.

6. General Terms & Disclaimers

  • Non-Transferable: Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash or store credit.
  • Social Media Release: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or Meta.
  • Verification: Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility and entry requirements of any winner before awarding the prize.
